About Us

Our founder Amanda Powell was a Private PA for many years and created Private PA Ltd in 2006 after receiving more referrals than she had time to fulfil. With her experience she sourced fellow Private PA’s who like her are self-starters who use their initiative to find the most efficient and stress free way to help clients run their personal life.

The relationship with our clients is a privileged one. Our PA’s are specifically chosen because of their life experience and maturity. Integrity, trust and confidentiality are at the top of our list. Apart from their obvious organisational skills, they are tenacious and dependable trouble shooters.

The experience that our clients receive is bespoke. Your dedicated assistant comes from a small team of PA’s. After an initial free one-hour consultation, your Private PA will create a plan specifically tailored to your needs, this can be at home, work and virtual.

Bringing us in for just a few hours a week or a month could bring a huge relief. You can hand over all those jobs, big and small, that you don’t have the time or the energy to deal with. Book us on a regular basis or for a one-off job to clear the decks.
